EatWellScan is operated by Andranik ("we", "us"). By using the service, you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with Andranik.

EatWellScan provides AI-assisted nutritional analysis of food products, meal-planning, recipe suggestions, and scan history. Outputs are informational only and are not medical, dietary, or professional advice.
You must not (a) use the service unlawfully, (b) commit fraud or spam, (c) infringe intellectual property, (d) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), (e) reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits, or (f) misuse AI features (jailbreaking, generating illegal or harmful content).
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Andranik retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your selected plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
