EatWellScan, operated by Andranik, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all EatWellScan Premium subscriptions. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email us at eatwellscan@gmail.com.
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the pricing page ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Optional one-time tips through "Buy Me a Coffee" are gifts to the project and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review the request in good faith.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
